Huge Price Drop on a Nice Boat.  This is your opportunity to own a world cruiser !

Amongst passagemaking enthusiasts, the Tayana 42 enjoys an enduring popularity as a performance offshore thoroughbred balanced with the distinctive aesthetic of a proper cruising sailboat. This aft cockpit cutter is recognized for the rugged construction and fine finish craftsmanship of Ta Yang Yachts executed in a thoroughly proven Robert Harris design.

"Elixir" is the "Vancouver" design which features the extended cabin trunk with opening ports and the one-level cabin sole. The interior arrangement features a very large v-berth cabin, aft cabin with double berth, roomy head with shower enclosure, convertible L-settee, large galley and a comfortable navigation station. Great live-aboard layout.

A death in the family necessitates the sale. As such she has been missing some TLC, but overall in good shape.

Brokers Notes

I have attempted to capture the information on Elixir as accurately as possible.  Due to the passing of the primary owner and care taker of the boat, some details on timing of purchases and replacements or systems operations are just not available.  I will work to answer any questions that you might have.  All in all this is a nice boat that just needs a new home.

These are the original owners.  They primarily used the boat to cruise the Chesapeake Bay.  Elixir has never been on that long "Tayana" cruise.  She needs you to take her there.
