Overview

Every once in a while you come across a very special boat and Hurrying Angel II is just that boat!  She is well appointed and maintained to Bristol condition by owners that understand how to care for a boat. She has had a total refit and has been updated over the years and due to that fact the boat shows very well.  As you explore around the boat you will start to understand why Hurrying Angel II stands above all other Shannon’s.  You need to schedule a visit to see this boat and after I know you will come away with the same opinion I have that this is an outstanding boat that will make you proud to own.

The Shannon 43 is the most popular Shannon model built to date and has an excellent reputation for being the ultimate short- handed long distance ocean cruiser.  The Shannon 43 is a medium displacement boat that is built to the highest standards in the industry.  She provides the necessary water and fuel capacities and creates the environment for a safe and comfortable passage across the bay or around the world.

Additional Notes:

After visiting the boat I had a much better understanding of what makes this boat special.  She has exceptional sailing performance and a customized interior of Hurrying Angel II make this Shannon 43 the foremost yacht for coastal cruising or long distance passage-making. While offering a traditional look above the waterline, the Shannon 43 exemplifies state-of-the-art design and construction techniques. She is fast on all points of sail, seaworthy, and comfortable. A boat for two-person sailing and liveaboard, with two private staterooms and dual head arrangements, she provides accommodations for owners and guests. The underwater hull design is available in either a keel centerboard or fixed draft version and the choice of rig is an easily-handled double headsail cutter or double headsail ketch. Every Shannon is delivered fully commissioned with an extensive list of standard equipment ready for an extended voyage.

We look forward to working with you and please call to schedule a visit.
