A new coat of bottom paint will be applied to the hull by May 1st. 

Oil changes for the generator and engines are done annually as part of winterization.  Transmission fluid changed every other year.  Annual fluid analysis records are available as well as all the service records from current owner.  The 1000 hour service records from the previous owner are also available.
