2007 Sabre 386

"Champagne Lady" is a one owner beauty that has spent her entire life in the North East Florida area doing coastal cruising and local sailing.  Her knowledgeable owner has maintained her in top condition.  She has been monthly cleaned above and below the water.  Regular engine maintenance and bottom painting has kept her in ready to go condition.

Her sleek lines and clear decks are an invitation to board this lovely lady and cast of the lines.  Her simple sail plan and ease of traveling the decks make her a pleasure to sail.  She has all sail controls led back to the cockpit and are assisted with a powered winch on the cabin top.  The headsail is roller furling and her mainsail is stowed in a lazy back.  Her bow has two rollers for a primary and secondary anchor set up.

The cockpit is a deep and secure place with cockpit cushions and well protected with a bimini and dodger.  The wheel is centerline and has a navpod with charterplotter, wind and depth data and your finger tips.  Aft of the wheel is the sugar scoop with hot and cold shower and easy ladder access to the water.

Heading below to port is the aft berth with ample storage and a large double berth.  To starboard is the large head with fresh water head and large shower.

Forward on port is the galley with Force 10 3 burner stove with oven.  The fridge has loading and front loading access.  There is a deep double stainless steel sink with fresh water from the water pump and fresh and salt from foot pumps as well.

Opposite the galley is the navigation station with instruments and a table for equipment.  Forward is the main salon with a large teak and holly inlaid folding table that can fold up out of the way for a large room feel.  Both starboard and port have comfortable settees with storage under and outboard.

The primary berth is in the bow with an island style berth, upper storage cabinets, a hanging locker and sink with large mirror for convenience.
