These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the North Point Yacht Sales website at www.northpointyachtsales.com and the text messaging programs operated by North Point Yacht Sales ("North Point," "we," "us"). By using this website or enrolling in a North Point text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

You may use this website to learn about the boats, brokerage, financing, service and storage we offer and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through its forms.
2. Boat listings and information
Boat listings, specifications, photos, availability and other information on this website are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate, but listings can change or contain errors, and boats may be sold without notice. Information on this website is not an offer to sell. All sales are subject to a separate written purchase agreement.
3. Pricing
Where pricing is shown, it may exclude taxes, title, registration, freight, preparation and other fees. Pricing on new boats may not be displayed due to manufacturer policies; contact us for current pricing.
4. Financing
Financing information on this website is provided for general reference. All financing is subject to lender approval and terms set by the lender.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to North Point Yacht Sales or its manufacturers and partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. SMS Program Terms
Program name: North Point Yacht Sales Lead Notifications
Program description: North Point Yacht Sales sends text messages to its own sales staff to notify them of new sales inquiries. Messages include the customer's name, contact details, the boat of interest and a link to the record in our CRM. Recipients reply YES to accept a lead. Messages are sent only to North Point employees who have opted in. We do not send marketing text messages to customers through this program.
How to opt in: Employees opt in by giving written consent and their mobile number to the North Point sales manager when they join the lead rotation, or by texting START to the program number.
Message frequency: Varies with the number of sales inquiries received, typically a few messages per day.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or call North Point Yacht Sales at 410-280-2038.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See the Privacy Policy below. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

This website and the text messaging program are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Point Yacht Sales disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, its content and the delivery of text messages.
8. Limitation of liability
