Kerry Petz

KP combines a career built on hospitality, relationship management, and client service with a long-time connection to the Chesapeake Bay. After more than two decades helping clients navigate complex decisions in high-touch service environments, she brings that same thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to supporting yacht transactions and guiding clients through the closing process. A resident of the Annapolis area for over 30 years, KP was introduced to sailing around middle school age. Over time, her love for the water has grown from those early New York waterways to fishing and boating throughout the Chesapeake Bay with family and friends. Kerry’s professional background in hospitality and operations has shaped her ability to manage the many moving pieces involved in a yacht purchase or sale. Known for her organization, clear communication, and attention to detail, she helps ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly from agreement to closing, allowing clients to focus on the excitement of their next chapter on the water. When she’s not supporting clients and the brokerage team, KP enjoys spending time with her extended family, attending sporting events around the Annapolis and Maryland area, and of course anything near the water.
